Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs purchases made through The Holistic NP, a DBA of Capital Covenant Enterprise LLC. Due to the nature of our intellectual property (IP), instant delivery of digital products, and the dedicated time allocated for personalized mentorship and consulting, our policy is structured to protect the value delivered and your commitment to results.

 

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Templates, Self-Study Guides)

 

This section applies to all digital, instantly downloadable products (e.g., The AI NP Success Blueprint, The 30-Day Mindset Shift Blueprint).

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once the product has been purchased and the files are made available for instant download or access, the content is considered delivered and consumed. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for digital goods. We encourage all clients to review the product descriptions and table of contents thoroughly before completing the purchase.

 

2. Live Workshops & Implementation Intensives

This section applies to ticketed, non-mentorship live events (e.g., The $97 Live Workshop, The $349 Blueprint Workshop).

 

A. Client Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Due to the limited seating, necessary strategic planning, and allocation of dedicated resources for all live events, the following applies:

  • Cancellation 72+ hours prior to the event: You will receive a full credit to transfer your ticket to the next available workshop date. No monetary refunds are issued.

  • Cancellation within 72 hours of the event: No credit, refund, or transfer will be issued.

  • No Show: No refund or credit will be issued.

B. Event Rescheduling/Cancellation by The Holistic NP:

If The Holistic NP must cancel or reschedule a live event for any reason, all registered attendees will be offered a choice between a full monetary refund or a credit to attend the next rescheduled session.

3. Tailored Mentorship, Coaching, and Consulting Programs

All payments for mentorship, coaching, and consulting programs are final and non-refundable.

Your enrollment secures dedicated time and proprietary strategic intellectual property (IP) immediately. Our programs are designed for committed action and execution.

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind or Incomplete Participation: We do not offer refunds based on a change of mind, lack of commitment, failure to implement the strategy, or discontinuation of the program by the client.

  • Payment Plans: Clients who choose a payment plan are legally required to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of whether they choose to cease participation in the program.
